Operations Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity available in our Obstructive Sleep Apnea Operations Engineering team to be responsible for supporting the production of over 1.5 million moulded products per month! As an Operations Engineer here, you'll work closely with design and development Engineers, production staff and Vendors. You'll continuously be looking for opportunities to improve quality and processes on the production lines and positively influencing the end result for our customers.
This role offers an opportunity to join a high performing team, to showcase your knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and your results oriented attitude. This is an exciting time to join the Company with new product releases which means you will be heavily involved through trials, assessments and validations. You'll be responsible for the research, planning and implementation of approved changes and improvements, and ensuring the application of correct manufacturing processes.
You have a Mechatronics/Mechanical engineering qualification (or similar) with up to 4 years' of engineering design experience in a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will bring strong working knowledge of LEAN principles, problem solving and project management.
Excellent communication skills, leadership aptitude and the ability to work at pace will set you on the path to success.
