Operations Associate - Work From Home

Job Description: Allbirds is seeking a dedicated and passionate Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations.- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and streamline operations.- Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence when dealing with colleagues and customers.- Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services to uphold the Allbirds brand. Requirements:- Must be dedicated and passionate about the mission of Allbirds.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.- Strong emotional intelligence to navigate various challenges in a remote work setting.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Proficient with technology and able to adapt to new software and tools.
