Job Description:

Methven is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced operations environment. The ideal candidate will be driven, resilient, and possess excellent analytical skills and a cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products to customers- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the operations field

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in operations or a related field preferred- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with inventory management systems is a plus
