Operations Associate

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our company. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing overall operations and processes within the company.2. Support the team in project management and coordination of various tasks.3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.4. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency.6. Provide administrative support as needed.7. Uphold high standards of quality and excellence in all operations.

Requirements:1. 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field.2. Strong project management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
