Operations Associate

Job Description:

Western Digital is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable, as well as the soft skills of cooperation and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:- Assist with inventory management and control- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations- Monitor and report on key performance metrics- Identify and implement process improvements- Handle administrative tasks as needed- Support the Operations Manager in achieving department goals

Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in a related field- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of operations management principles
