Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at DISH Network in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Assist with strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations- Provide administrative support as needed- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:- Hardworking and confident personality- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Experience in operations or related roles preferred
