Job Description:
As an Operations Associate at Baxter International in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various operational activities within the company. You will work closely with different departments to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:1. Support the Operations Manager in executing operational strategies and initiatives.2. Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and recommendations.5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous operational excellence.6. Assist in the planning and execution of projects to meet operational goals and deadlines.7. Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.8. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely manner.9. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field.3. Hardworking and resilient individual with a strong work ethic and dedication to success.4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.7.
