Operations Associate

Job Description: Xero is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Operations Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in operations. Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs- Oversee inventory management and procurement processes- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services- Assist in implementing new systems and technologies to streamline operations- Provide support to senior management in strategic decision-making processes- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices in operations management Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field- Proven experience in operations management- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Highly motivated and dedicated to achieving organizational goals- Innovative and able to think outside the box to solve problems- Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices Benefits:- Retirement plan- Vision insurance- Joining Bonus Working Environment:At Xero, we are committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
