Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Associate to join our team at Dollar General in Auckland, NZ. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed- Ensure the store is well-maintained and organized at all times- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Assist in training new team members on store policies and procedures- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:- Independent and confident mindset- Attention to detail and strong negotiation skills- 3 years of experience in a retail or operations role- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
