About the role: Based in Hokitika and reporting to Westland Milk Products General Manager Operations, we're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Operations Administrator to deliver a high level of administrative support to our Operations departments. This includes providing support for operational meetings, updating company systems, updating department KPI reports/presentations, raising invoices and involvement with special projects set by operational management. Working closely with a number of Senior Production and Process Managers, this role will also provide direct support to the Westland's GM Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
This position is in a dynamic area of the business and you will need to be a keen multi-tasker and a communication star to thrive in the role.
Applicants will ideally possess: At least 3 years' proven experience working in an administrative support roleWell-developed computer skills including excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to get to grips with new systems quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skills together with exceptional planning and organisational abilityAn adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach along with the ability to develop & maintain effective working relationshipsA customer focused approach and a strong customer service ethicExceptional attention to detail along with the ability deliver high quality work to a high in line with required deadlinesHigh personal standards, a professional approach and the ability to maintain confidentialityWhat's in it for you?
