Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Web Chat Representative at Performance Lab, your main responsibility will be to engage with customers online through live chat, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services, and you will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and providing information in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve efficiently- Willingness to cooperate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment- No prior experience required, full training will be provided- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
