Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Online Web Chat Officer to join our team at Farmers Insurance Exchange in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat.2. Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.4. Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and helpful information.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry updates to better assist customers. Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits.3. Strong soft skills in innovation and time management.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.7. Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software.
