Old Republic International is seeking a reliable and driven Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide online chat support to customers in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.5. Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services through the chat platform.
Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.3. Proficient in using online chat platforms and basic computer skills.4. Demonstrated planning and leadership ability.5. Must be driven and reliable in meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
