Job Description:
We are seeking a resilient and hardworking Online Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Henry Schein in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:1. Provide online assistance to customers through web chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when responding to customer queries.3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the online chat experience.5. Assist with data analysis to monitor chat performance and effectiveness.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat setting.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software.5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
