As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be hardworking, dedicated, possess strong leadership skills, and high emotional intelligence. Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage online operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize online processes and procedures.3. Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve customer experience.4. Monitor key performance indicators to track and report on the effectiveness of online operations.5. Lead a team of online specialists, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations.7.
