Online Operations Associate

As an Online Operations Associate at Crown Holdings, located in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our online platform. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:1. Manage online inventory and ensure accurate stock levels2. Process online orders and ensure timely delivery to customers3. Oversee customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online promotions5. Analyze online sales data and recommend strategies for improvement6. Assist with website maintenance and updates7. Work with the operations team to streamline online processes8. Provide regular reports on online performance to management

Requirements:1. Hardworking and independent with a strong attention to detail2. Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks3. Experience in people management and the ability to work well in a team environment4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with online platforms5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
