Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Barnes & Noble is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Online Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the online marketing efforts of our company. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in online marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase online sales- Create and optimize online advertisements across various platforms- Analyze data and metrics to track the performance of online marketing campaigns- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and innovative online marketing strategies- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing- Assist with email marketing campaigns and social media strategy- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online marketing efforts

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in online marketing- Energetic and confident personality traits- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other online marketing tools- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
