Online Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Reinsurance Group of America is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Marketing Associate to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers- Analyze data to track the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital advertising campaigns- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches- Monitor and report on the performance of our online presence using analytics tools

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field- Experience with online marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively- Excellent research skills to gather data and analyze trends- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
