Job Description:XPO Logistics in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ is seeking a reliable and hardworking Online Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:1. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement on various platforms.2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, website, and email campaigns.3. Monitor and analyze the performance of online marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize online marketing initiatives.6. Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.2. Proven experience in online marketing with a strong understanding of digital channels.3. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.5. Persuasive skills to drive engagement and conversions through online marketing efforts.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
