Job Description:

Hess, a leading company in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a dedicated Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being driven and reliable.

Responsibilities:1. Provide real-time support to customers via online chat, answering inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.2. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing the company in a positive light.3. Utilize product knowledge and resources to assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.4. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. Strong adaptability and communication skills.2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
