Online Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Apache in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through online live chat- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints- Serve as a liaison between customers and the company- Manage and update customer information in the database- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Assist in analyzing chat data to improve customer interactions

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Proficiency in computer systems and programs- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Strong planning and analysis skills- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
