Online Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ is seeking a talented and experienced Online Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in online digital marketing.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.3. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website.5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:1. Resilient and confident personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong research skills and creativity to develop innovative marketing campaigns.3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.5. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
