Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our insurance products and services through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media.- Assist customers with policy inquiries, claims processing, and general account maintenance.- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online customer accounts and provide solutions in a timely manner.- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any customer concerns or complaints.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.- Adaptable and resourceful, able to think on your feet and find solutions to complex issues.- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus, but not required.- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
