Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description: Raymond James Financial is seeking a diligent and adaptable Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The Online Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients through various channels such as chat, email, and phone.
