Job Description: Rocketwerkz, a leading game development company located in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. With at least 5 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:1. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via online platforms such as email, social media, and live chat.2. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer service experience.4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to customers.5. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.6. Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure consistent service quality.7. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for business growth.8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for internal reporting. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.2.
