Jones Financial is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Assistant in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through online channels. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
