Job Description:

SanDisk, a leading technology company, is seeking a full-time Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate-level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, hardworking, and possesses excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via online channels such as chat, email, and social media- Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and technical support- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements- Manage and prioritize customer inquiries to meet service level agreements- Monitor online contact center metrics and provide regular reports on performance

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or online contact center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Project management experience is a plus- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
