Online Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

Entergy is seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage online inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries- Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the online contact center- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures when handling customer interactions

Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online contact center environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using online tools and customer management systems- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
