Online Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

DTE Energy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Chat Support Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers- Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and online chat support- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Strong leadership and presentation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in typing and using online chat platforms- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
