As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately through online chat.- Provide product information and technical support to customers.- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
