Job Description:
NextEra Energy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level role, the Online Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online channels, including chat, email, and social media. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online channels in a timely and professional manner- Use online chat, email, and social media platforms to communicate with customers- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing solutions- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service across all online channels- Update customer records and follow up with customers as needed- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Meet or exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online call center setting- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers online- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Team player with a cooperative attitude towards working with others- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
