Job Description:
Core-Mark Holding is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Online Accountant to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the accounting field while contributing to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:1. Manage online financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.2. Prepare financial reports and statements for review by senior accountants.3. Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.4. Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.6. Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices.7. Use accounting software to accurately record financial transactions.8. Handle inquiries from clients or vendors regarding financial matters.
