Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at PG&E Corp. in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online account support to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their accounts- Monitor online account activity and address any abnormalities or security concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience- Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in online account support or a related field- Resourceful and independent with a strong ability to problem-solve- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Innovative thinker with strong negotiation skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
