Job Description: Online Account Support Specialist

Ryder System is currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Online Account Support Specialist in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to online account holders through various channels such as email, chat, and phone- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and any other inquiries they may have- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience- Analyze customer data and provide insights to enhance online account management- Work closely with the sales team to drive customer engagement and retention- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online account management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Detail-oriented and organized- Prior experience in customer service or account management is a plus
