Job Description: Genesis Energy is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing online account support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
