Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at Rite Aid in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers and assisting them with any account-related inquiries or issues they may have. This is a part-time position requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving account-related issues in a timely and professional manner- Assisting customers with account registration, password resets, and other account management tasks- Providing technical support for online account features and functionality- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Confident in your ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong persuasion skills to effectively resolve customer issues- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with online account management systems is a plus
