Biomatters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in online account management or customer support roles. Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all aspects of online account support for Biomatters' clients.2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support and train clients.3. Work closely with sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.4. Provide guidance and support to clients on technical issues, troubleshooting, and platform usage.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on product updates, best practices, and new features.8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in online account management or customer support roles.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Resilient and resourceful mindset to handle challenging situations effectively.5. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.6.
