Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain relationships with online accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.2. Serve as the primary point of contact for online account inquiries, issues, and escalations.3. Develop and implement strategies to drive online account growth and revenue.4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate online account activities and initiatives.6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online account support.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 7+ years of experience in account management or customer support.3. Proven track record of success in managing online accounts and driving revenue growth.4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.5. Resourceful and resilient personality traits.6. Strategic planning and innovation soft skills.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
