Due to one of our fabulous team taking promotion we seek a motivated person to join our expanding dynamic team.Our property managers are flat out inspecting properties and need the support of an office administrator - experience preferable.As the successful applicant you will demonstrate:• Excellent written and spoken communication including a high proficiency of computer skills in all Microsoft office products combined with excellent typing skills• Outstanding professionalism, interpersonal skills and personal presentation• Functional and methodical time management with meticulous attention to detail• The ability to multi task and to effectively prioritise their work load• Strong organisational and administration skills, combined with a positive 'can do' attitude.• The ability to tactfully negotiate possible areas of conflict in a fair but firm mannerYour key responsibilities will include:Directly supporting our property managers in all in office administration including –organising daily appointments, processing tenancy applications, answering rental enquiries, advertising, showing prospective tenants through properties, liaising with tenants/owners, dealing with routine maintenance, processing vacates, typing of reports and letters and other general office duties.This role will suit someone who loves to be organised and thorough and who thrives on the challenges associated with working in a growing and successful company.Applicants for this position should have a NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit together with a current full drivers license.A1 Property Managers utilise the very best in technology from our architecturally designed modern offices.
