Job Description:PVH, a global leader in the fashion industry, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a remote position, perfect for someone looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments- Assist with organizing office events- Manage office budgets and expenses- Assist with HR and administrative tasks as needed- Provide general support to staff and visitors Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a similar role- Energetic and adaptable personality- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks- Innovative and creative thinking- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent Benefits:- Paid overtime- Travel opportunities- Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Working Environment:At PVH, we strive to create an environment that sparks creativity and motivation.
