We are a professional health and safety consultancy firm, looking for a smart, confident, calm, and reliable Office Manager to manage the running of our busy consulting practice. Key responsibilities of the role are finance (AR, AP, payroll, GST, budget & reporting), contract management, office management, team engagement, and stakeholder and client relationship management. This role works directly with the Managing Director, nationwide consulting Team, and our Advisory Board to drive an efficient and successful business, this role is the oil that keeps the business running on all cylinders. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 5 years of Office/Practice Management experience and financial management experience. You will have excellent communication (written and oral), time management and organisational skills, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, the ability to multi-task, and an eye for detail. You will be confident with IT and have advanced-level experience with Xero and Office 365. This position is based in Plimmerton, Porirua, with the flexibility to work from home from time to time.
