Who would suit thisrole? A highly organised, process driven person withloads of energy and initiative to fully take this role by the horns. Youwill already have at least 3 years administrative or accounts experience underyour belt and are now ready to take your career to the next level.
What does the roleentail? This role reports into and supports the BranchManager. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks from welcoming visitorsinto the branch, handling inbound calls/emails, managing the completion ofclient paperwork, taking payments, updating/maintaining records and carryingout financial administration on a daily basis.
What do we need fromyou? A Customer focused approachExcellent written and verbal communicationskillsPrevious experience in any of the following - accountsadministration; debtors/Creditors, Accounts payable, General LedgereconciliationsComputer literate with intermediate Word, Excel & data entryskillsHigh attention to detail with strong organisational & planningskillsAbility to meet deadlines and cope under pressureWhat do you get fromus?
