Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Join our client, a leading manufacturer of spray nozzles, as an Office Manager and become an integral part of their small yet dynamic team located on the North Shore. If you have exceptional skills in accounts, customer service, and communication, then this role is tailor-made for you.About the role:As the Office Manager you'll enjoy overseeing the day-to-day operations in a relaxed, stable, and supportive environment.Your key responsibilities will encompass:Handling accounts payable and accounts receivableAttending to bank reconciliationsManaging credit controlAdministration and documentation managementEnsuring safety compliance and Health & Safety standardsCoordinating travel arrangementsAssisting with Quality ControlRequirements:Prior accounts and administration experienceProficiency in Word and ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independentlyReliable, friendly, and easy-going personalityFlexibility to work during the Christmas period (with work-from-home options available)On offer:Despite the small team in New Zealand, you'll be part of the broader Australian and USA group.
