Attraction Sign and Design is a fast paced Signwriting company located in the Waiwhakaiho area. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to jump on board. About the role: Oversee and manage office operations, including but not limited to: Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. Process timesheets and Payroll (MYOB Payroll) Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as required. Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing office activities. Product / material ordering Booking and scheduling of jobs About you: Administration Experience is essential Knowledge of signwriting or related industry is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and Payroll (Xero & MYOB ) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
