Details of the offer

We are seeking an administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our team for a short term to assist in tidying up our CRM database, documentation and some other odds and ends that may end up with ongoing admin support work if desired.
Immediate responsibilities for the role will include:

CRM Tidy Up Work
Contact Updates. Contact key contact at each customer with a contact template and assist them to complete. Then import and cross match contacts in CRM with the list.

Updated and set the Key Contact/Champion Update if they have moved on. Updated Default Contacts, Agreements, Configs.

Contact Cleaning, categorising their role, email and phone numbers

Billing Details Tidy up (eg: Get PO Box and correct invoicing email address per customer)

Review and archive historic activity’s

Review and archive old site locations in CRM and KB system.

Support Portal
Enter and configure domain suffix for each account in support portal.

Send and manage Support Portal instructions from CRM to tidied up contacts.

Create and enter documentation (half done, need formatting and screenshots replaced)

Sales Support
Update pictures and descriptions for services/products that we offer in eCommerce system

Add products to the landing pages template in our eCommerce system

Review automated vendor import feed errors & exceptions and contact the vendors to get a fix

Other Admin duties
Check/Receive/Ship courier packages to reception.

Route calls, take messages for overflow calls when available.

This is a part-time role with 8-10 Hours per week up until Christmas with the possibility of ongoing work in the new year if desired.
