This employer is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, professional and personable candidate to assist with general office administration and assist with database collection in Parnell, Auckland.
This position requires a person who will be confident in speaking to local businesses, have excellent record keeping skills and be able to work to a deadline. You will also be able to spend approximately four hours a day walking to and from businesses in the area, as required.
Hours of work will be during business hours on weekdays. There may be some flexibility on the start times of work, on negotiation.
You will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills to be considered for this position.
The successful Office Assistant/Database Coordinator will be employed to do the following tasks:
Door-to-door: the primary task will be collect up to date information from local Parnell businesses.

Administration: keep tidy, detailed records of who has been approached and record responses.

Report collected records to the Digital Membership Manager
