A bit about us - L'affare is New Zealand’s original coffee roaster. We supply our premium coffee to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets around the country.
This is an opportunity to join our close-knit team in a friendly, open plan environment, working from our Coffee Roastery in Newtown. You must be self-managing, and plan your own work routine to deliver the business outcomes.
We are on the lookout for somebody that has office experience with a minimum of 2 years in accounts both payable and receivable and has an excellent understanding of time management.
Our software is MYOB Exonet, experience in Exonet would be preferred but training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
You should be proficient in the following:
Account payable – enter invoices, balance and reconcile accounts from our supplier on a daily basis and help get the accounts ready for the weekly and monthly payment runs
Account Receivable – help with customer enquiries, reconcile payments from our customers on a daily basis and get the direct debits ready for the weekly and monthly runs.
Banking and Cash Handling
Customer Service – be a good listener, have a chat and smile when you talk on the phone
Office support – general office support to the rest of the team when required.
Must have a drivers licence
