We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a varied role where you can showcase your excellent accounts administration and customer service skills. About the role: In the role of Office Administrator / Receptionist, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of outstanding customer service. The role is based in our Havelock North office, where you will work Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm (can be negotiated). The role is varied and interesting, on any given day you will be responsible for: Handling enquiries Processing accounts payable Processing timesheets and payroll administration Ensuring the office runs smoothly General accounting/reconciliations Client communications Assisting the project management team + more About you: With a mature outlook, and a can-do attitude, you'll be upbeat and pro-active in supporting the business and team. Although some knowledge in general accounts and administration would be advantageous it is not an absolute requirement as all training will be provided. You'll have proven experience in being able to work independently, but also be able to demonstrate that you can easily assimilate into a focused, fun and successful team.
