Office Management (Administration & Office Support)Join the Devine Technology team as an Office Administrator/Manager and play a crucial role in streamlining our daily operations. You'll be the backbone of our office, ensuring everything from communication to finance runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Communication Management: Handle the majority of incoming calls, with support from other staff, and manage our general email inquiries.Customer Interaction: Provide a warm welcome to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression at the reception.Administrative Support: Oversee and verify staff timesheets, organise customer and team social events, and manage office logistics including vehicle and asset maintenance, as well as coordinating with cleaners and maintenance personnel.
