Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Join our dynamic team here at Pure Services Central Otago, a leading provider of specialised and external cleaning services. We work with clients across the commercial and residential sectors offering a wide range of services including: Mould Remediation Flood Restoration External Cleaning Building Softwash Spider Spray We are currently seeking a switched on and skilled Office Administrator with excellent multitasking skills to join the team and provide support with day-to-day administrative operations. In this job role you will: Provide accurate and efficient support with general administration and customer service duties with incoming phone calls and public enquiries. Liaise and facilitate internal scheduling across work scope/jobs ensuring accurate time flow per job and efficient use of time per job. Providing assistance as and when required with job pricing. Assisting with general housekeeping, ordering supplies and office cleanliness. Completing documentation, reporting and data collection including vehicle fleet, office consumables and streamlining day to day administrative flow with branch activity. The nature of our business can include unexpected weather events and with this our team are all hand-on deck. The ideal candidate: 3-5+ years' experience as a senior administrator role ideally from within a multi-service or trades-based industry. Excellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills. Technical aptitude and confident computer skills, ability to pick up new systems easily. Highly competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
